RekietaLabs Market currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Times

All items are custom-made. Typical processing time is:

• 3–10 business days depending on order size and product complexity

Delays may occur if:

• We need customization clarification
• Colors requested are not available
• You do not respond to an order email

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, orders typically arrive in:

• 3–7 business days via USPS

Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed and may vary due to USPS delays.

4. Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are provided for most orders. You will receive tracking by email once your order ships.

5. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses cannot be refunded.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

RekietaLabs is not responsible for:

• USPS delays
• Packages marked “Delivered” but not received
• Packages lost by USPS

These issues must be handled directly with the USPS using your tracking number.

7. Color & Customization Responsibilities

Because product photos are for illustration only, colors may appear differently in photos than in real life.

Customers must confirm color availability before ordering.
